For LITTLE ONES

Songs and Stories to Grow Up On

Familiar songs and stories are a joy to hear and hear again and beckon everyone to join in the fun.  And, if we are lucky, we will pick up bits of wisdom that create gleaming paths to our dreams....

Some favorites:

Itsy Bitsy Spider:

The itsy bitsy spider went up the water spout.

Down came the rain and washed the spider out.

Out came the sun, and dried up all the rain,

And the itsy bitsy spider went up the spout again.

Five Green and Speckled Frogs:

Five green and speckled frogs sat on a speck of log eating some most delicious bugs. Yum, yum!

One jumped into the pool where it was nice and cool, now there are four green speckled frogs. Gloop, gloop!....

The Unicorn Song:

This story of Noah's ark invites everyone to join in with gestures for the animals and gives a tiny lesson about listening and doing things in their proper time.

The Bandana Man:

A wonderfully rich fractured tale, based in part on the Gingerbread Man, that needs to be experienced by everyone.

Little Bunny Foo Foo:

This tale of comeuppances features a fairy and a little bunny, a bully, who continues to wreak havoc despite several chances to do the right thing.

And a whole lot more.  There are just too many ditties to mention.
